The units of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army are fighting hard in the southern direction—in the Ishkhanadzor section. Vahram Poghosyan, spokesman for the Artsakh President, said this in a conversation with Armenpress.
"Today, the Defense Army is fighting very hard against the Azerbaijani armed forces in that area," Poghosyan said.
The Artsakh President's spokesman noted that the adversary was not able to move even one centimeter forward in the northern part of Artsakh where the Azerbaijani army suffered considerable losses of manpower and military equipment.
"In fact, we are living in a crucial period, and my call and exhortation to our people is for us to overcome this powerful ordeal together. Today we first of all need everyone's participation and sense of duty," Poghosyan concluded.
