YEREVAN. - Armenian parliament will discuss concluding report on March 1 case.
On March 1, 2008, ten people were killed and over hundred injured during the demonstrations in Armenian capital. Opposition and authorities blame each other for the victims.
Commission chairman on March 1 case Davit Harutyunyan submitted the document and stated the list of special measures and techniques not allowed using during peace actions on people diffusion. The commission offers to end the monitoring.
The commission was not satisfied on cooperation with government, as no answers were provided for overcoming social issues. Concerning the legal side, police assured that a thorough investigation is carried out.
