Political analyst Karen Bekaryan made a post on Facebook. He noted as follows:

"- For the existence of the people of Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)],

- for the protection of inalienable human rights,

- for the effective fight against international terrorism,

- for the complete non-pulverizing of international law,

- for peace,

- for the practical provision of inadmissibility of the use of force and the threat of force,

- for the protection of universal values,

- for the own standing of countries and international organizations,

- for the indifference to the darkness—the victory of the struggle for justice (involving each individual—no matter where he is in the world),

- for the present and the future:

1. The recognition of Artsakh's independence by countries and international organizations must begin immediately and gain momentum.

2. A very clear and short-lived ultimatum must be presented, jointly or individually, to Azerbaijan by the [OSCE] MG [Minsk Group] Co-Chair countries [Russia, US, and France]: either Azerbaijan ceases, within the specified period, any hostilities and returns to the negotiation process without preconditions, or the Co-Chairs recognize Artsakh's independence.

3. It should be unequivocal for Azerbaijan that the political negotiations on the settlement of the conflict can take place only in the case of the full establishment of a ceasefire and the operation of verification mechanisms.

4. Azerbaijan's non-renunciation of the current behavior shall clearly change the content of the negotiations; that is, negotiations on the clarification of the borders of Artsakh, which has received even partial recognition of independence, and Azerbaijan.

The RF [Russian Federation], France, friendly countries, EU, USA, countries, international organizations, individuals, diplomats, the [Armenian] Diaspora: It's time to act very quickly; the cost of every minute of delay is human lives."
