The night of October 22-23 was restless in Martakert town and in Martuni Region, informed the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) State Emergency Situations Service.

As a result of the Azerbaijani shelling of Martakert, two apartments of a residential building caught fire, but the firemen managed to quickly extinguish the fire.

According to preliminary data, the adversary opened fire in this direction from a Grad missile launcher.

There are no casualties.

At dawn, Karmir Shuka and Taghavard villages in Martuni Region were targeted by Azerbaijan; Smerch missiles were used in this case.

At the moment, a number of villages in Martuni Region, including Karmir Shuka, are being shelled with Smerch missiles, the Artsakh State Emergency Situations Service added.
