Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Every opportunity is being used in Azerbaijan to deepen hatred towards ethnic Armenians.

Azerbaijani mass media and social network monitoring; our collected evidence have revealed widespread and highly encouraged hatred, including through dissemination of photos and videos of Armenians appeared in Azerbaijan.

P.S. We are in contact with families of Armenians captured by the Azerbaijani military. Every measure is taken within capacities of the Human Rights Defender, including through our contacts with international organizations.”

As reported earlier, as of October 23, the Defense Army of Artsakh has struck 16 helicopters, 23 planes, 206 unmanned aerial vehicles, 588 armored vehicles, mainly tanks, 86 cars, 10 armored personnel carriers, 4 TOS-1A heavy artillery systems, 4 Smerch multiple rocket launchers and 1 Uragan multiple rocket launcher of the adversary.

The adversary has more than 6,539 casualties.

On September 27, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan launched a large-scale offensive in Artsakh, targeting also the peaceful population. The same day, Armenia and Artsakh declared martial law.
