The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports that its statement has been disseminated in the OSCE.

“The statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh on the targeted actions of Azerbaijan and Turkey to undermine the peaceful initiatives aimed at stopping the hostilities has been disseminated in the OSCE, and it particularly emphasizes that:

“The defective cycle created by Azerbaijan for making several statements on false verbal promises to cease fire and for continuing the armed aggression may be broken through international recognition of the independence of the Republic of Artsakh and the imposition of sanctions against Azerbaijan, including individually, against the top leadership of the country.”

Earlier, the statement had been posted on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
