The State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports the following:
“During the day, in the afternoon, Azerbaijani forces shelled the Avetaranots, Sghnakh and Moshkhmhat villages of Askeran region.
There are no victims among civilians. The consequences of the destruction are being verified.
The situation in other settlements of Artsakh was relatively calm.”
