The State Service for Emergency Situations of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports the following:

“The upper sub-region of Askeran remains in the target of Azerbaijan.

Contrary to the Azerbaijani party’s claims that it isn’t firing at peaceful settlements, a short while ago, the Madatashen village of Askeran region was shelled, three houses and one public building were damaged. There are no casualties.”
