The Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire in peaceful settlements as well. The Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] State Emergency Situations Service noted this in a statement on Monday morning.
“A few minutes ago the adversary used military aircraft on the city of Martuni, grossly violating the ceasefire agreement reached for humanitarian purposes,” the statement also reads.
