Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there is no one working at the office of European Union (EU) Delegation to Armenia, except for the security. One of the security officials of the office on Monday told about this to Liana Adamyan, one of the women from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) who are protesting in front of the office.

"We were proposed to hand the letter and leave, or to come tomorrow with three people; we will see who we will meet with. Our demand was to meet with the head of the EU Delegation, [Ambassador] Andrea Wiktorin, but they said that we will find out on the spot. If there is the same treatment tomorrow at 11 o'clock, we will turn into a large crowd," Adamyan told reporters outside the EU office.

Subsequently, the demonstrators ended their protest, but noting that they will come back to the EU office on Tuesday at 11am to meet with a representative of the EU Delegation to Armenia.
