Today it is hard to predict Erdogan’s future actions. This is what Head of the Division for History of the Armenian Cause and Armenian Genocide History of the Institute of History at the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia Armen Marukyan told reporters today.
According to him, Erdogan has recently become more aggressive, even though this can be explained by the fact that his planned blitzkrieg has failed in spite of the efforts that were made.
Marukyan added that there aren’t a lot of the famous Turkish Bayraktar UAVs actively used by Azerbaijani soldiers since they simply don’t exist.
“There are no more Bayraktars in the skies of Artsakh. Erdogan even failed to achieve the desirable outcome by using terrorists. The attempt to ‘cut’ the Lachin Corridor also failed. The war isn’t going as planned,” Marukyan explained, adding that Erdogan’s insults against the President of France and the threats posed to the US only attest to the fact that NATO and its partners have serious problems with NATO member Ankara.
