As a result of the latest fact-finding mission carried out by the staff of the Artsakh Human Rights Defender (ombudsman), the data on the aftermath of Azerbaijani crimes against the civilian population of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) since September 27 have been updated.

Accordingly, as of Monday, 39 civilians were killed and 122 others were injured in Azerbaijan targeting civilian settlements.

Also, major material damage was inflicted on 150 settlements of Artsakh; in particular, to 11,600 real estate, 1,600 private movable property, and 2,100 infrastructure, public and production facilities.
