Ambassador of Iran to Russia Kazem Jalali today declared that Tehran has held negotiations with the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and is ready to become a mediator for a settlement of the conflict.
“Our president and foreign minister have held negotiations with the two parties and declared that Iran is ready to become a mediator for a settlement of the conflict,” Jalali said in an interview with Zvezda.
