YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: The [OSCE] Minsk Group Co-Chairs literally stated on October 25 in Washington: "The Co-Chairs and the [Armenian and Azerbaijani] Foreign Ministers agreed to meet again in Geneva on October 29 to discuss, reach an agreement, and launch into action according to a timetable that will also be agreed upon, together with all necessary steps to reach a peaceful solution to the NK [Nagorno-Karabakh] conflict, in accordance with the basic principles adopted by the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia."

That is, they intend to announce in Geneva tomorrow the main steps and the implementation timetable for the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.

It is clear that the Minsk Group is unlikely to go beyond the framework of the settlement negotiated for years.
