President of the Association of International Road Carriers of Armenia Herbert Hambardzumyan has passed away. He was 73 years old.

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia told Armenian News-NEWS.am that Herbert Hambardzumyan’s merit in the functioning and development of Armenia’s transport system is unforgettable and that he dedicated his whole life to the sustainable development of Armenia’s transport system.

Herbert Hambardzumyan was a truly dedicated, unique and infinitely energetic person who would struggle, create and still had a lot of work to do.

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure expresses its condolences to the family, relatives and friends of Herbert Hambardzumyan, wishing strength of spirit and power to overcome this great loss.
