The countries of the region need to worry about the terrorist strongholds that Azerbaijan has created. This is what representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan said during this evening’s briefing.

Hovhannisyan recalled that the Ministry of Defense has already issued a statement on this. “Yes, Azerbaijan has transferred full control to terrorists in certain directions. Armenia calls the attention of the countries of the region to this fact,” he said.

In essence, this concerns the directions located near the border of Iran. Thus, Iran faces the threat of infiltration of terrorists who probably have the aim to destabilize the situation in that country.
