Founder of Tashir Group and President of the Association of Armenian Entrepreneurs of Russia Samvel Karapetyan told RIA Novosti that he is preparing to rebuild the maternity hospital of Stepanakert.
“I would like to assure the residents of Artsakh that we will definitely build a new and state-of-the-art maternity hospital in Stepanakert. There will be new births here,” Karapetyan added.
