Azerbaijan has heavily struck the capital Stepanakert for a few hours; tens of missiles have been already struck. Artak Beglaryan, the Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), on Thursday noted this on Twitter.
“There are casualties/injured among civilians & destructions; the details are being checked. Probably the most aggressive day in Stepanakert during this war,” Beglaryan added.
