The war with unwritten laws continues, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) State Emergency Situations Service on Thursday noted in a statement.

"Azerbaijan continuously violates all international conventions, and uses inadmissible weapons against the civilian population and the settlements of Artsakh.

Shushi appeared again in the target of the missiles fired by the enemy.

There are victims and huge material damage," the statement also said.
