The Russian Federation calls on external players to not promote a military scenario in Nagorno-Karabakh. This is what Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova said during today’s briefing.

In response to a question on the possibility of an embargo on Turkish military products, Zakharova cited a part from the interview of the Russian foreign minister and said the following: “We call on all external players to do everything they can to prevent further promotion of a military scenario, work on freezing the emotions of the parties and create conditions for resumption of the peace process…Thus, I would focus on this. We are exerting all efforts to lead the situation to the peaceful political-diplomatic field,” Zakharova said.
