President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has sent a telegram of condolence to President of France Emmanuel Macron in which he expressed deep condolence on the tragic consequences of the terrorist attacks in France.

“What particularly sparks outrage is the cynical and cruel crime that was committed inside the church. Once again, we became convinced that the concept of human morality is absolutely strange for terrorists. It is clear that the fight against international terrorism requires the combined efforts of the entire international community,” the telegram reads.

Putin affirmed Russia’s willingness for close cooperation with France and other foreign partners to fight against terrorism. He also stated that the citizens of Russia share the sorrow and wrath of the people of France and express sincere condolences to the families and close ones of the victims.
