The Investigative Committee of Armenia continues to investigate the criminal case into the aggressive war unleashed and waged by the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan along the entire line of contact of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), international terrorism,  serious violations of international humanitarian law during and armed conflicts, issuing criminal orders during the armed conflict, and hiring mercenaries.

A decision was made by the body conducting the investigation to recognize as a victim the civilian returned who on Thursday was returned to the Armenian side by the Azerbaijani side through the efforts of the ICRC, and expert examinations were appointed.
