Anna Naghdalyan, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, has posted on Twitter some photos that attest to Azerbaijan's targeting of the peaceful population of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

“The consequences of the deliberate targeting of civilian population & infrastructure of Artsakh by the armed forces of Azerbaijan, including the hospitals & other healthcare infrastructures in the capital Stepanakert. (Medics working under bombing),” Naghdalyan wrote as attachment to these photos.
