The adversary intends to cause as much damage as possible, and first and foremost to peaceful settlements. This is what Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan said during today’s discussion on the draft of the 2021 State Budget held as part of the joint session of the Standing Committees on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly of Armenia.

Tatoyan stated the peaceful settlements located directly in the territory of Armenia against which the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan have made armed attacks, particularly Gegharkunik and Syunik Provinces.

In addition, Tatoyan informed that the adversary has been sending more videos of atrocities and tortures to Armenian online users and added that these actions are organized.
