Former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan was not injured in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh); that information is false. Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, stated about this at Sunday evening’s press briefing.

"These days Seyran Ohanyan, the legendary commander who [had] liberated [Artsakh’s] Shushi, the hero of Artsakh, has become a living legend defending Shushi. And I believe and I am confident that we, also under his command, will finish with glory the work of his comrades-in-arms. The news that he is wounded is false; such a thing did not happen. He is still standing with the army and is fighting," Hovhannisyan said.
