During a briefing, Spokesperson for the United Nations Secretary-General Stephane Dujarric said the UN welcomes the agreement that Moscow, Yerevan and Baku have reached and will do everything possible to help the parties implement the agreement, RIA Novosti reported.
Dujarric added that the UN is thankful to the Russian authorities for all they have done.
