Speaking in the French Senate, Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Jean-Yves Le Drian said France will participate in the meetings of the Minsk Group over the Nagorno-Karabakh issue in Moscow and the UN next week, TASS reported.

“The ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh is good news, but it has to be fully maintained,” he said. According to Le Drian, “now it is necessary to move towards a settlement of the conflict based on the reached agreements.” The foreign minister recalled that the Minsk Group was established to resolve this crisis and it continues its activities.
