Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov says Russia has informed the US and France about the agreements over the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.

“We have thoroughly informed our colleagues and first and foremost France and the US, which are also co-chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group. I have talked to the foreign minister of France and thoroughly presented the situation and the conditions that Russia have created. We have also talked to our American colleagues.

Russia has also informed the UN Security Council about the efforts that Russia has made and the efforts that helped us reach the signing of the agreement on November 9,” Lavrov said during the consultation devoted to the solutions to humanitarian issues in Nagorno-Karabakh and broadcast on Rosia 24 TV channel.
