Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Russian Foreign Ministry to continue informing the UN structures, the International Red Cross, the OSCE and UNESCO on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, RIA Novosti reports.
“I ask the Russian Foreign Ministry to continue to inform the partners of the OSCE Minsk Group about the decision, as well as the International Red Cross - the Committee of the Red Cross should be informed, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, to establish such constructive, full-fledged work with these structures, including and with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. We need to get in touch with colleagues from UNESCO, and I really count on their support,” Putin said at a meeting on resolving humanitarian issues in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
“I hope that the activities of the center will be fully supported by all these structures,” he added.
