Armenian ex-chief of National Security Service Arthur Vanetsyan has been charged, the lawyer of the latter Lusine Sahakyan told reporters on Sunday.

She called this accusation illegal.

“And the content is obviously incomprehensible. The essence of the accusation is not explained,” she said.

The lawyer noted that the investigator has not yet submitted a motion for Vanetsyan’s arrest, but there is an assumption that it will still be presented.
