The Council of the National Assembly of Armenia didn’t hold a session due to the lack of quorum (the members of the ruling faction were absent).

The opposition MPs had undertaken the initiative to hold a special session to discuss the lifting of martial law and resignation of the Prime Minister.

However, the Council of the National Assembly needs to discuss the issue in order for a special session to be held, but the session was held due to the lack of quorum.
