Azerbaijani letter came after proposal to hold the next meeting of Euronest Parliamentary Assembly scheduled for September in Armenia when the country will celebrate 20th anniversary of independence.

The Euronest Parliamentary Assembly is the parliamentary component of the proposed eastern Partnership. It consists of members of the European Parliament and Parliaments of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia.
