People in Gyumri, Armenia, have closed off roads Friday, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, producer Ruben Mkhitaryan stated on Facebook livestream.

He noted that the entrances and exits of the Shirak provincial hall are blocked on both sides. "They are closed off in a very aesthetic way. This is a non-partisan peaceful action disobedience," Mkhitaryan added in particular.

On November 9, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a joint statement on a complete cessation of hostilities in and around Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh)—and which Azerbaijan had launched on September 27. Accordingly, Russian peacekeepers will be deployed in the region to monitor the implementation of the ceasefire and the cessation of hostilities. But this statement also stipulates the handover of part of Artsakh lands to Azerbaijan.
