A large number of citizens of Yerevan are shutting down streets with the demand for Nikol Pashinyan’s resignation. Saryan Street has been shut down by members of the VETO movement who are chanting “Nikol Traitor”.
At one point during the demonstration, a few people dressed in civilian clothes hit leader of VETO movement Narek Malian, who declared the following: “Nikol Pashinyan has sent his mercenary provokers. They attacked me with masks, but failed. Nikol Pashinyan has sold the homeland.”
Later, police officers arrived at Saryan Street and started apprehending the citizens, including Malian.
