President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has assigned Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandr Novak to discuss with the Armenian party the issue on providing the residents of Nagorno-Karabakh with heating, RIA Novosti reported.

“Winter is approaching, it is a mountainous location, and this is why it is necessary to take into consideration this issue and discuss it with the Armenian party. I would like to ask you to pay attention to this,” Putin said during a consultation devoted to the peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh. Putin also asked Novak to deliver a separate report on the issue.
