Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov says the Ministry of Finance has registered applications for assistance to residents of Nagorno-Karabakh who are homeless and is drafting proposals for financial assistance, RIA Novosti reported.

“The Ministry of Finance is in touch with its colleagues at the Ministry of Finance of Armenia. We have registered applications for social support to citizens who lost their homes as a result of the events that took place,” Siluanov said during a meeting devoted to the Russian peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh.
