The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructures of Georgia today reported that movement in the Gudauri-Kobi sector of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars road (Military-Georgian Road) has been restored for all vehicles, Interfax reported.

The Roads Department also states that vehicles must move in the Gudauri-Kobi sector only through tunnels protecting vehicles from an avalanche.

Patrol officers are working to observe the restrictions.
