Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu says the results of the dialogue between Turkey and Russia are tangible and are seen in the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, RIA Novosti reported.

Cavusoglu added that Turkey and Russia will continue with this strategic approach and recalled that on November 11 the two countries signed a memorandum on the creation of a ceasefie control center.

“We believe this memorandum will be helpful for the whole region, as well as Armenia in the long run and in the short run. We want peace and stability in the region,” the Turkish foreign minister added.
