President of Russia Vladimir Putin yesterday and today held phone talks with Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

The press service of the Kremlin reported that the Russian, Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders thoroughly discussed the results of the visits of the Russian interdepartmental delegation to Yerevan and Baku on November 21, as well as the course of implementation of the provisions stated in the November 9 statement adopted by the three countries’ leaders. “The leaders discussed the rules of procedure of Russian peacekeepers in the Nagorno-Karabakh region and the future steps for provision of humanitarian aid to the population. They also touched upon economic cooperation and de-blockage of transport communication in the region,” the press service reported.
