Today I submitted a petition to resign from the parliamentary mandate. Varazdat Karapetyan, a member of the majority My Step faction in the National Assembly of Armenia, on Wednesday wrote this on Facebook.

"As of December 4, I am assuming the duties of Armenia's trade representative in China. Now, more than ever, Armenia needs new connections, markets, opportunities, new investments. In the near future, I will present the sequence of our joint actions to the businessmen," Karapetyan added in particular.
