A total of 60 homes were damaged as a result of Azerbaijani shelling in the Davit Bek village of Armenia’s Syunik Province. Unfortunately, there were also human casualties (3 were killed and 7 were wounded).

Nunufar Arzumanyan’s family, whose house was significantly damaged after the shelling, is recovering the damage on its own and changing the broken glasses. The family hasn’t received any government support to this day.

The family members told Armenian News-NEWS.am that even though it was dangerous during the war, they didn’t leave the village, and even though the enemy has come closer to their village, they’re not going to leave.

The villagers would mainly earn a living through cattle-raising and farming, but now it’s impossible since they are in the enemy’s target. In addition, the main grazing fields and cultivated lands in the village are under the control of the Azerbaijanis.

The Davit Bek village was shelled a few times during the war.
