In response to the journalists' inquiries on Levon Ter-Petrosyan to comment on Nikol Pashinyan's Facebook posts, I inform: President Ter-Petrosyan considers it meaningless to reflect on the mental anguish of the nation-destroying scourge. Arman Musinyan, spokesman for the First President of Armenia, wrote this on Facebook, referring to the latest Facebook post by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

"Let him say whatever nonsense he wants. All the same, he has no way to justify [himself]. The Armenian people will never forgive him," Musinyan added.

On November 9, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a joint statement on a complete cessation of hostilities— which Azerbaijan had launched on September 27—in and around Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Accordingly, Russian peacekeepers are deployed in the region to monitor the implementation of the ceasefire and the cessation of hostilities. But this statement also stipulates the handover of part of Artsakh lands to Azerbaijan.
