Turkish defense minister Hulusi Akar said Turkey continues to negotiate with Russia about technical aspects of the monitoring center in Nagorno-Karabakh in the planned format, RIA Novosti reported.

On November 11 Ankara and Moscow signed a memorandum about the control centre for a ceasefire in Karabakh. Earlier the spokesman of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov noted Moscow and Ankara will work for Karabakh through the monitoring centre in Azerbaijan about the joint peacekeeping forces was said nothing'.

 The talks with the Russian military delegation about technical aspects of the monitoring centre in Karabakh go as planned, Anadolu agency reported.
