Armenian President Armen Sarkissian made an appeal to the Armenian people.

According to him, the state and society are currently in a deep post-war crisis, and everything must be done to overcome it.

"We must fully understand and acknowledge the existence of this crisis and do our best to overcome it. Together, hand in hand," he said.

"Regardless of the position held, our political convictions and views, our personal likes and dislikes, we must think about the future of our state, our country, our people."

"Each of us has the right to express our opinion, express dissatisfaction, and demand an explanation from the authorities about the enormous human and territorial losses we have suffered as a result of the war."

"The government cannot act in the spirit of public sentiment like 2018. The reality today is completely different."

"I appeal to all of you: your every action must comply with the law, it must be lawful.
