Artsakh president Arayik Haroutyunyan met Saturday with a group of relatives of missing servicemen, captives, and civilians.
"The meeting was also attended by Rustam Muradov, Commander of the Russian contingent carrying out a peacekeeping mission in Artsakh. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to General Muradov, who personally visited Azerbaijan, met with some of our prisoners of war on the spot, provided us with their names and surnames, and the confirmed information about their survival is currently being passed on to relatives."
"I would like to note that Azerbaijan has so far confirmed the names of fewer detainees than our indisputable evidence shows."
