STEPANAKERT. – President Arayik Harutyunyan has signed a decree appointing Artak Beglaryan as Chief of Staff of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President, the Office of the President reported.
Prior to this appointment, Beglaryan held the post of Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh.
