Regulatory authorities in China have launched an antitrust investigation against the Alibaba Group, Associated Press reported.

The Chinese regulator is reviewing the company's policy, which requires Alibaba Group's business partners to avoid contact with its competitors.

Alibaba Group is the largest Chinese e-commerce company since 1999. The group owns the international Internet platforms Alibaba.com, AliExpress.com, Taobao.com, Tmall.com.
