The Czech Republic launched Sunday vaccinations against the coronavirus, Prime Minister Andrej Babis was the first to be vaccinated at the Central Military Hospital in Prague. The vaccination was broadcast live on Czech television.

Minister of Health Jan Blatny was also vaccinated with the Prime Minister, but he was vaccinated at the hospital in Brno which had received the first batch of the Pfizer and Biontech vaccine. The next batch is expected to arrive soon, RIA Novosti reported.
