President of Abkhazia Aslan Bzhania has tested positive for the coronavirus, as reported on the website of the President of Abkhazia.
“Aslan Bzhania feels well, and he is undergoing outpatient treatment,” the press release reads.
According to sanitary instructions, the head of state is self-isolated and will continue to perform his duties remotely from his official residence in Sokhumi.
