Our shared opinion is that the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)] should not be used as attempts for infiltration of foreign mercenaries into this region. The statement came from Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov after talks with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu on Tuesday, TASS reported.
"We fully agree with our Turkish partners on this issue," Lavrov added.
